Depending on how you interact with us, we may process the following categories of data:

• Identity and contact data: name, surname, email address, phone number.
• Enquiry and contract data: message content, event date, location, number of participants, company name (where applicable).
• Event participant data: information required to register participants, form teams and run the game (e.g. names or nicknames, contact details if you provide them).
• Payment data: payment method and transaction metadata (we do not store your full card details on our servers – these are processed by the payment provider under its terms).
• Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type, device information, site usage statistics (if collected via cookies or similar technologies – see the Cookies section).
• Marketing and communications: consents to receive newsletters or similar, where we offer such options and you have opted in.
• Mobile app account data: name, email and a preset avatar you choose from provided illustrations; optional phone number and date of birth – not shared with other players in your team; these may be used in our admin tools for service quality and contact, and with your consent for marketing or statistical purposes.
• Team photos, profile photos, game catalog covers and game level media (images, videos, maps) are stored in publicly accessible file storage. Anyone with the URL can view these files. URLs are long and hard to guess, but they are not treated as secret. Do not upload sensitive or excessive personal data in these files.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process your personal data for the following purposes and on the following legal bases under Article 6 GDPR:

Performance of a contract – when you order a service, buy a ticket or otherwise enter into an agreement with us.

Legitimate interests – operating and securing the website, fraud prevention, direct marketing by email to existing customers (where permitted by law), asserting legal claims.
