  • Enquiry and contract data: message content, event date, location, number of participants, company name (where applicable).
  • Event participant data: information required to register participants, form teams and run the game (e.g. names or nicknames, contact details if you provide them).
  • Payment data: payment method and transaction metadata (we do not store your full card details on our servers – these are processed by the payment provider under its terms).

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process your personal data for the following purposes and on the following legal bases under Article 6 GDPR:

Performance of a contract – when you order a service, buy a ticket or otherwise enter into an agreement with us.

Legitimate interests – operating and securing the website, fraud prevention, direct marketing by email to existing customers (where permitted by law), asserting legal claims.

Legal obligation – where we must retain or disclose data by law (e.g. accounting).

Consent – where required (e.g. newsletters, certain cookies, publication of photos or video where separately agreed). You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal.

4. Retention

We keep data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law (e.g. accounting records). Enquiry and correspondence data are typically retained for a reasonable period after the last contact, unless a longer period is needed for a legal dispute. When the retention period ends, we delete or anonymise the data.

5. Recipients and transfers

We may share data only as needed to provide the service: IT and hosting providers, payment processors, email or SMS providers, venue partners (only what is necessary to organise the event), professional advisers (lawyers, accountants), and public authorities where required by law. If data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards under GDPR (standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions or your consent, as applicable).

6. Your rights

You have the right to: access your data; rectification; erasure (“right to be forgotten”) where applicable; restriction of processing; object to processing based on legitimate interests; data portability where applicable; withdraw consent at any time for processing based on consent; lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt). To exercise your rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within the time limits set by GDPR.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

We may use cookies or similar technologies so that the site works, stays secure and, where you consent, we can analyse traffic. Further details are provided in the cookie banner or settings, if used.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy (e.g. when our services or laws change). The updated version is published on this page with a new “last updated” date. In material cases we may also notify you by email or on the website.
